LED Touch Panel

Revolutionary Technology & Smart Preprogramming. The BioChef Living Food Blender was developed primarily to "make being healthier easier". The 3 pre-set programs allow you to set and forget, and let the blender do all the work!

The on-board microprocessor will adjust its speed and power depending on the ingredients and to also to give the best results for what you are trying to create. You will be able to see and hear the blender pulse and increase or decrease the power without you having to touch a thing.

There is also a 10-speed manual setting so you can adjust the speeds as needed with just the touch of your finger.

Powerful High-Performance Blender

A high-performance blender has the ability to break open the cellulose wall or structure of fruits and vegetables and release deep phytonutrients to make them more "bio-available" for our body to use. It is the combination of power, speed and blade structure which enables the BioChef Living Food Blender to be able to do this.

It features a 3.5HP (peak) motor which drives the blade tips to rotate at 32,000 RPM. These blades will not only be able to pulverize the flesh of fruits and vegetables but also the skins, seeds and peels where so many of the vital nutrients lie.

Your body can also digest the blended food very easily, meaning it can use its energy to absorb more of the nutrients!

Enzyme Protection Technology

The BioChef Living Food Blender has a unique tamper stick which doubles as a temperature gauge. Like the complete BioChef range, the Living Food Blender is inbuilt with EPT or Enzyme Protection Technology, geared primarily to retain the living enzymes found in food.

Not only will the BioChef Blender release nutrients not usually accessible by the body, you can also use the tamper stick to ensure that your food is not heated over 46 degrees Celcius at any given time for maximum retention and a "raw food" approach to eating.

Unique Blade System

The BioChef Living Food Blender features a 6-pronged blade system, unlike any other high-performance blender. Made from Japanese stainless steel, the BioChef not only features 4 serrated bowl-hugging blades but also 2 central, smaller and upwards facing blades.

The combination of the two types and directions of blades creates a funnel or whirlpool effect, drawing the produce up and over into the blades repeatedly.

This is why the BioChef Living Blender is able to grind grains, coffee and wheat into a fine powder. Like-for-like blenders would require a separate jug assembly for this.

Tough & BPA Free Tritan Jug

When it comes to your health, you want to be sure you are making the right choices! The BioChef Living Food Blender jug is made from 100% Tritan Copolyester, a BPA free, impact-resistant plastic.

This super tough jug is shaped like a vortex creating a funnel effect for fast and effective blending, produce is drawn down into the blades in a continuous flow.
A small but smart feature; the jug plug doubles as a measuring cup so you can ensure accurate results.
