Joraform Restauranteur Rotational Composter - 400L

The innovative Joraform Restauranteur composter comes all the way from Sweden. Built from high-quality materials, this composter uses creates a heated, insulated and aerated environment to provide the most efficient composting.

Designed as a continuous use compost tumbler, you can both produce and use compost simultaneously. Normal compost bins are unable to achieve this.

The Restauranteur composter has a generous capacity of 400 Litres and is able to process around 50-80 litres of waste per week. That should be sufficient for 20-32 people and ideal for restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, schools or small community garden projects

Dual Chambers for Continuous Use

The real secret to the Joraform Restauranteur composter is the two internal compartments. This allows you to fill up one compartment with fresh scraps, and at the same time empty the other compartment for use in your garden. This is why the Joraform Composter is able to allow continuous use.

Innovative and Easy Design

The innovative rotating drum means that it's super-easy to mix the contents of the Restauranteur composter. Simply spin the drum and the contents will be thoroughly mixed. No need for a shovel with this compost tumbler design!

As you rotate the timber, the innovative placement of the air vents draws air into the compost as it is being mixed. This ingenious feature has 2 main benefits...

Firstly, mixing air with the compost speeds up the micro-organism digestion of the compost, and speeds up the decomposition of waste material. At the same time, it adds vital oxygen to allow those micro-organisms to do their job efficiently.

Secondly, the odours are drastically reduced by mixing the wet compost with the dry compost. You won't find this on a normal compost bin!

Superior HDPE Insulation

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is used to line the internal compartments in the Joraform Restauranteur Composter. Providing efficient insulation, this allows internal temperatures of up to 75°C. This allows the composter to create a perfect heated environment for micro-organisms to grow at an optimum rate, significantly reducing processing time.

As an added bonus the fast processing time eliminates infestation by rodents and other pests. Also due to the clever sealed compartments, bugs and rats don't stand a chance.

Heavy Duty Construction

The main panels are made from powder-coated galvanized steel panels, which are built to last for years and are backed by a 2-year warranty. The quality of the steel is guaranteed to last through snow, sun and wind without deterioration.

The insulation panels are made from 5.48 cm thick HDPE (polyethylene) panels, a non-toxic plastic.

All bolts, screws and latches are made from rust-proof stainless steel.

The stand is made from galvanised steel to give you many years of trouble-free composting.

Easy Access & Usage

The Restauranteur Composter comes with a galvanized steel High Stand, which means the composter sits 59 cm high off the ground. This further ensures rodents or animals cannot access your compost at any time!

Wheelbarrow Friendly

One of the big advantages of the high stand is that a wheelbarrow will easily fit underneath. You can easily pour the compost into your wheelbarrow without the need to strain your back or legs.
