Wide-Mouth Juicing Chute

The Oscar Neo 1200 Cold Press Juicer features a 15% wider juicing chute at a whopping 4.5cm x 3cm. This means that there is less preparation required to juice your fresh vegetables and fruit.

The wide-chute juicers or 'whole slow juicers' is only a very new innovation and has previously only been available in vertical style machines. The DA 1200 is very unique in this regard and improvements have been made to the drum, strainers and auger to accommodate for the extra products that will be able to fit down the chute.

All of the parts still maintain their durability and strength, made from the 'Ultem Tough' material that has made the DA 1200 so popular.

Slow and Powerful

The Oscar Neo DA 1200 Cold Press Juicer features a powerful 200 Watt motor, which is an increase from previous Oscar models. This extra power ensures that the wide-mouth style juicing mechanism can efficiently juice more fruits and vegetables at any given time. The 200w motor provides more torque resulting in higher extraction and less foam/froth.

The Oscar Neo 1200 has an RPM (rotations per minute) of 63, which is the optimum speed for juicing a 15% increase in production at any given time through the juicer with a 4.5cm x 3cm mouth.

This combination of a more powerful motor and slightly slower RPM ensures that while the juicing and prep time is shortened, the nutritional and taste qualities of the juice remains the same.

BPA Free Juicing Parts

The juicing parts in the Oscar Neo 1200 are made from Ultem, a BPA free polycarbonate material Ultem is FDA approved food-grade. This means there are no nasty toxic chemicals contained in the plastic. Ultem is also heat-resistant and now comes with a 10-year warranty.

Patented 3-Step Auger

The patented 3-step auger in the Oscar Neo 1200 Cold Press Juicer ensures that you get less pulp and more juice. Combined with the new juicing screen with smaller holes and silicon seal, less juice escapes with the pulp to give you even more juice than before thanks to the unique extraction process.
