The Sedona nine-tray food dehydrator from Tribest is packed with intelligent design features. With the latest in digital technology, these food dehydrators give you unsurpassed accuracy in temperature control.

TST - 2-Stage Sequential Temperature Timer

Dehydrate your fruit and vegetables faster with the new TST feature, whilst retaining all the enzymes and nutrition. The dehydrator starts at a higher temperature for the first hour or two, then reduces the temperature automatically to complete the dehydration process.

The TST is a revolutionary new addition, which means you no longer need to set an alarm to remind you to adjust the temperature. TST is perfect for foods with a lot of water content like tomatoes.

3 Modes of the TST

TST has 3 modes - Fast, Raw and Combo

Fast Mode - Dredydrates food fast at temperatures of up to 68 °C, ideal for foods such as beef jerky.

Raw Mode - Dehydrates food at a lower setting, normally around 48 °C. Raw mode automatically shuts off the heater when the temperature reaches the desired setting. Perfect for maximising live enzymes and nutrients in your raw fruit and vegetables.

Combo Mode - Features the revolutionary 2-stage Sequential Temperature Timer. Combo mode starts the dehydration in Fast mode, then automatically switches over to Raw mode to automate the process. Perfect for high water content fruits like watermelon and tomatoes.

Dual Drying Compartments

By using the plastic closed tray/divider, your dehydrator is converted into 2 separate drying compartments. You can control the drying compartment together, or independently of each other. Each compartment has it's own computer-controlled fan and heating element.

The dual heater/fan technology in the two drying compartment allows the dehydrator to operate at 300 or 600-watt power, depending on your needs. Each compartment has integral heat sensors to monitor the current temperature of each compartment. Each independent computer-controlled fan-heater can be adjusted to improve the efficiency and overall quality of the dehydration process.

Eco-Friendly

By using the closed dividing tray, you can operate at 300 or 600 watts to reduce power consumption to the level you require. The Dual Fan Technology gives you much better energy efficiency than a single compartment.

Quality finish. Excellent features

We reviewed everything on the market, and when it came to durability, we reached Excallibur. We took it all the way to get the features and so we bought the Sedona. It costs way more, but you pay for what is expected to be a one time purchase, peace of mind (& 5yrs warranty), the experience and the results. We just couldn’t justify the S/S trays, but which should have been included for the $895 price. But we’re still happy with the purchase and the experience with Just Juice is great! Still lots more recipes trials to experience the quality, but so far, so good. We can certainly vouch that the programming and the layout is very intuitive. The build quality is good and generally is superior to Excalibur in tray/design/build. The only gripe is I wish the door was on a vertical hinge so it doesn't collect debris in the hinges or dirty the glass door as we remove the trays. But we knew that when we purchase it... Its what we expected all round so far...

Product Registration. Raw Blend Pty Ltd (“Raw Blend”) strongly encourages you to register your purchase online at www.rawblend.com.au/product-registration.html. Failure to register your product purchase will not diminish your warranty rights. However, you will require proof of purchase and registering your purchase will allow Raw Blend to better serve you with any of your customer service needs.
Who Can Seek Warranty Coverage. This Guarantee is extended by Raw Blend to the owner of this Tribest Product for personal household use only. This Guarantee does not apply to Tribest Products used for commercial, rental or re-sale purposes. Should ownership of the machine change during the warranty period, please update the products owner information by emailing our customer service department at service@rawblend.com.au
What is Covered. Raw Blend warrants to the owner that if this Tribest product fails within the warranty length (see warranty lengths for Tribest Products in table above) of the initial purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary household (domestic) use, Raw Blend will, within 30 days of receipt of the returned product, repair the failed Tribest Product or component part of the Tribest Product free of charge. If, in Raw Blend's sole discretion, the failed Tribest Product or component part of the Tribest Product cannot be repaired, Raw Blend will elect to either (A) replace the Tribest Product free of charge or (B) refund the full purchase price to the owner. The Tribest Product may contain re-manufactured or re-conditioned parts, which is equivalent to new in performance or may have been subjected to incidental use.
What is Not Covered. This Guarantee does not cover any associated shipping costs to and from the designated Service Centre (there is a service centre in every major capital city) and does not apply to any Tribest Products that have been used commercially or in non-household (non-domestic) applications. This Guarantee does not apply to: (a) defects resulting from the failure to operate the Tribest Product in accordance with the product manual, (b) the use of parts or supplies not provided or authorized by Tribest/Raw Blend, (c) negligent, improper or inadequate maintenance, (d) tampering, misuse or unauthorized modification of the Tribest Product, (e) servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service person(s).
What Voids this Warranty. Abuse, misuse, negligent use, alteration of the Tribest Product, exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions, or failure to follow the operating instructions will void this Guarantee. The Guarantee is also void if repairs to the Tribest Product or any component part of the Tribest Product are performed by someone other than either Raw Blend or an authorized Raw Blend Service Provider.
RAW BLEND MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. In the event that such limitation or exclusion on the duration of an implied warranty is not allowed in the state wherein you reside, the above limitation or exclusion will not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and protection, and you might also have other rights that vary from state to state.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY QUEENSLAND LAW, THE REMEDIES IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. EXCEPT AS INDICATED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL RAW BLEND BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOST PROFIT), OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
How to Have Your Tribest Product Serviced/Repaired Under This Warranty. In the event that the Tribest Product or any component part of the Tribest Product needs service or repair, you must contact us by email at service@rawblend.com.au or by phone at 07 3376 7630 to obtain a Repair Authorisation number and detailed instructions. Please note, you are required to have completed the Product Registration Form and you will need a copy of your purchase invoice (proof of purchase) to make a warranty/repair claim. If you are required to ship your product to a service centre please package the entire unit in the original or sufficient packaging, along with your Repair Authorisation number and proof of purchase. We will then process your claim accordingly. Please note if shipping both ways, once your unit is repaired you will be required to pay Raw Blend for return shipping costs (prior to your unit being returned).
In no event will Raw Blend be liable for any lost goods during transit to a service centre or damaged goods due to insufficient packaging. We strongly recommend taking out shipping insurance if shipping your product to a service centre.

PLEASE NOTE: It is essential that the Tribest Product Registration be received by Raw Blend no later than the last day of the Guarantee period. Late claims will not be considered.

Any repaired or replaced Tribest products will be guaranteed on these terms for the unexpired portion of this Guarantee.

This Guarantee is for the benefit of you, the purchaser. No benefits may be given to any third party, except through a valid transfer by private sale to another person for household use of the product during the period of operation of this Guarantee.

This Guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.

RETURN POLICY

We are pleased to offer return policy on most products. This means that if you change your mind, we can offer you a full refund minus a fee for shipping and administration costs.

All we ask is that you give us an opportunity to discuss with you the concerns you have with the product prior to refund or exchange. We may be able to help you through any problems you are experiencing.

Eligible products, maximum time limits and fees are listed in the table below.

Our return policy lasts for a particular number of days, on a particular range of products, with a particular fee payable.

If the product is not listed in Table 1.1 below, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless for warranty purposes.

SENDING RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned to us in an undamaged condition, and in the original packaging. There must be no writing on the original box, and it must be packaged inside a separate master box.

We will not accept returns on used products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a note explaining the reason for the return and your contact details.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at returns@justjuicers.com.au. Contact us for the exact address to ship your item to.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, contact us for an exact address to send your item to. You should mail your product to this address.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ADMINISTRATION FEES

Returns fees payable by the customer are to cover shipping, administration and restocking costs. However the return is for warranty or repair reasons, the return fee may be wavered.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email to you with your order tracking number and the courier contact number so you can make contact with them regarding delivery if required. COURIER CONTACT

Depending on where you live, the delivery company may be in contact with you by phone to organise a convenient time to deliver your product. If you can’t answer the phone when our delivery driver calls you, they will leave a message with their return phone number, and they will keep trying to contact you periodically to organise a suitable time for delivery.

In most cases, the delivery company will not deliver on the weekend or public holidays.
